1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is defective (manufacturing defect)

  • The item is unused and in original condition

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (by customer)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Accessories marked as “Non-Returnable”

  • Clearance or special offer items (if mentioned)

  • Software or digital products


3. Refurbished Products

  • Refurbished products are tested before dispatch.

  • Minor cosmetic marks may be present.

  • Returns for refurbished items are accepted only for functional defects.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID and issue details.

  3. Share product images (if damaged or defective).

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer.


6. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, you may choose replacement instead of refund.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.


8. Repair Service Refund

  • Repair service charges are non-refundable once repair work has started.

  • Diagnostic charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


9. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • In case of damaged or wrong product, return shipping will be borne by Technowale.in.
