1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged during delivery
You received a wrong product
The product is defective (manufacturing defect)
The item is unused and in original condition
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged products (by customer)
Products without original packaging
Accessories marked as “Non-Returnable”
Clearance or special offer items (if mentioned)
Software or digital products
3. Refurbished Products
Refurbished products are tested before dispatch.
Minor cosmetic marks may be present.
Returns for refurbished items are accepted only for functional defects.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your Order ID and issue details.
Share product images (if damaged or defective).
Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer.
6. Replacement Policy
If eligible, you may choose replacement instead of refund.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
8. Repair Service Refund
Repair service charges are non-refundable once repair work has started.
Diagnostic charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
9. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
In case of damaged or wrong product, return shipping will be borne by Technowale.in.
